How to see frames in Apex Legends
Easy peasy! If you wanna see your FPS (frames per second) in Apex Legends, just hit the Origin in-game overlay. Go to Application Settings > Origin In-Game > During Gameplay, and there you can toggle the FPS counter on. It's pretty handy to see how smooth your gameplay is!

Just use Steam's FPS counter if you're on PC. Head to Steam > Settings > In-Game and check the 'In-game FPS counter' box. Then select where you want the counter to appear on your screen. Works for not just Apex, but any game on Steam.
tbh I just use third-party software like FRAPS, easier to get consistent readings across all games, not just Apex.
Don't bother, focus on the game, not the numbers.
