From personal experience, you can go to 'Profile,' then 'Statistics,' and change the privacy settings to make them visible again. Worked for me!

To see hidden career results in PUBG Mobile, head to your profile and tap the 'Statistics' tab. If the results are hidden, you'll need to unhide them in your privacy settings.
