Just press 'M' for the main menu and it's usually displayed there. Fragment count is front and center!
You can check your fragment count by opening your inventory (the chest icon) and clicking on the tab that looks like a diamond.
Fragments are shown in your inventory screen, just below your cash balance. Check it out and happy hunting!
