In Palworld, you can see the list of players by hitting the 'Escape' key to bring up the main menu, then look for the 'Players' tab. It's where you'll find who's online in the same server as you.

Honestly, they could make it more obvious. Had to ask my buddy after an hour of clicking around. Just hit Esc and look for the Players option.

Just press 'Tab' in-game. It should pop up with a list of players in your current session. Super easy and quick!
