It's super easy! Just go to your account settings on your Xbox console or the Xbox website. Check under 'Subscriptions' for your expiration date.

I always check mine directly on the console. Go to 'Profile & system' > 'Settings' > 'Account' > 'Subscriptions'. Simple as that!
