You can use GeForce Experience if you have an NVIDIA GPU. Just press Alt + Z, go to settings, and enable the FPS counter from there. Easy peasy!
Open the command console in-game by pressing Shift + Tab, then click on the small settings gear icon. Enable the FPS counter from there.
Use third-party software like MSI Afterburner or Fraps. They give you detailed FPS stats and much more on top!
