To see your seed in Valheim, just load up your world and press F5 to open the console. Then, type 'seed' and hit Enter!

Click on 'Manage Saves' on the main menu and navigate to the world's folder. The seed is in the .fwl file name, easy peasy.

When you start Valheim, on the world selection screen, click on the world you wanna know the seed of, and it shows right there!
