Honestly, the self-revive is overrated. Every time I try to use it, I get spotted and eliminated before I can even stand up. Better to stick with your squad and rely on them.

I got a self-revive off once and it was epic! Was the last one in my squad, used the gold knockdown shield to self-revive, and ended up clutching the win for us. It's rare, but man, when it works, it feels awesome.

Self-reviving in Apex is pretty cool but kind of specific. You gotta have the Knockdown Shield with the self-revive feature. It's a gold item, so not super common, but when you get knocked down, you'll see an option to self-revive instead of just waiting to be rescued. Just make sure you're in a safe spot cause it takes a few to get back up!

Just grab the gold knockdown shield. Short and sweet.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
