lol, you can't sell properties in GTA, mate. Best you can do is trade your arcade for another property and get a bit of a refund. So, choose wisely when buying!
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't directly sell properties like arcades in GTA 5 Online. What you can do, though, is trade it in for another property. When you buy a new arcade, you can choose the old one to trade in, and you'll get some cash back. Not the same as selling, but it's something!
