Selling a garage in GTA isn't as straightforward as selling a car or a burger from your virtual food truck, but you can work around it. You gotta buy a cheaper garage or property, which gives you the option to trade in your old one. The difference in price sort of acts like you're selling the old garage. Just don't expect to put up a 'For Sale' sign and call it a day!

Actually, you can't directly sell a garage in GTA. Best you can do is replace it by purchasing another property and choosing the garage you wanna get rid of. You'll get some cash back, not a full 'sell' though.

Nope, you can't sell properties in GTA like a real estate mogul. But trading properties? That's your golden ticket. Downsize to a cheaper spot and pocket the difference.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
