Sorry to burst the bubble, but you can't actually sell facilities in GTA 5. The game doesn't allow you to straight-up sell properties like facilities. However, you can trade them in for a new one, which gets you a bit of a rebate on the price of the new place you're looking to buy. Just go to the property listing on your phone in the game and select the new facility you want - the game will guide you through the trade-in process.

Nope, can't sell. You're stuck with it, my friend. Best you can do is trade it in and get some cash off your next purchase.

Tried selling my facility once, hoping for a huge payday. Ended up finding out you can only trade it when buying a new one. Got a nice discount on a fancier spot, so not all bad.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
