Good luck getting full value! In Starfield, you’ll always get a bit less than the original worth when selling to vendors. But hey, try increasing your Commerce skill to get better deals.
From my experience, the best you can do is to max out your Commerce skill for better prices, but there's no way to get 100% value. Happy space trading!
I leveled up my Commerce skill and got way better deals, but never full value. Try haggling with different vendors though!
