Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't directly sell houses in GTA 5 Online. What you CAN do, however, is trade it in when buying a new one. Just go for a new property, and the game will offer you to trade your current place as part of the deal. You'll get some cash back, but not the full price you paid. So, choose wisely!

No way to sell, mate. Trading's your only option when buying another property. A bit of a bummer, but that's how the cookie crumbles in Los Santos.

Actually tried to find a way around this, thinking there was some secret method or glitch. Nope. It's trade or nothing. Wanted to downsize from my mansion to a cozy apartment. Ended up trading and getting some dough back. Not ideal, but it worked.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
