You can't sell no-sell cards directly. Your best bet is to use them in collections or exchanges for other rewards.

My advice: turn those no-sell cards into stubs by using them in exchanges. You'll eventually get value out of them.

Can't sell 'em, but they're great for collection sets! Complete a set and get a nice reward.
