Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't actually sell warehouses in GTA 5 Online. I know, a bummer, right? You can, however, trade them in for other warehouses. So, if you're eyeing a swankier spot or need a change of scenery, look for a new warehouse and during the purchase process, you'll get an option to trade in your old one. This will give you a discount on the new one based on the value of your old warehouse.

Guys, you just can't sell warehouses direct in GTA 5 Online. It's not a thing. Best you can do is swap it out for a different one and get some cash knocked off the price of the new place.
Actually, you can't sell warehouses in GTA 5 Online, which is kinda annoying. But, trading them is pretty straightforward and helps you get some of your investment back. I traded my small warehouse for a larger one and got a decent discount. Remember, always pick the new location carefully to maximize your profit!
