Direct selling? Nope, you can't. But trading in when upgrading? Absolutely. Did it myself when I went for a swankier place, got a nice chunk of change back. It's like the GTA real estate market's version of a trade-in deal!
LOL, you can't just put up a 'For Sale' sign outside your virtual home. GTA ain't real life. Trade-ins are your best bet when moving up in the property game.
Actually, selling apartments isn't a thing. Best you can do is trade it when buying a new one. It kinda works like selling, since you get some cash back.
