Ah, the ol' garage flip! In GTA V Online, you can't directly sell your garage. But, here's a workaround: buy a cheaper garage. When you purchase a new one, the game will offer you a trade-in option for your old garage. The difference in price gets refunded to you, so it's kinda like selling it.
