Selling your house in GTA isn't as straightforward as buying one. You can't exactly 'sell' a house for cash like you'd expect. What you CAN do is trade it in when purchasing a new one. Just head to a real estate site in the game, choose a new house or apartment you're interested in, and you'll get an option to trade in your current place. The trade-in value will then be deducted from the price of the new property!

Lol, you can't just put up a 'For Sale' sign in your virtual lawn. GTA doesn't work that way. You gotta trade your old crib when you're buying a new one. Simple.

Actually, I liked the old place I had but wanted a change of scenery. Ended up trading my downtown apartment for a cozy house by the hills. Was easy - just picked a new spot and the game offered a trade. Didn't get all my money back, but hey, new views!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
