To sell your house in Bloxburg, just go to the build mode, click on the bulldozer icon, and select the house you want to delete. You'll get money back for the items you've placed, but not for the actual house plot.
You can't exactly 'sell' your house in Bloxburg, but you can bulldoze it! Head to Build Mode, click on the mailbox, and select 'Bulldoze Plot'. Poof! Clean slate and some cash back.
