Honestly, you can't sell your house in Bloxburg. Bulldozing is your only option, but it's better than nothing!
Just bulldoze your current house鈥攊t's the only way. You'll get some of your money back, but you can't sell it like in real life!
From my experience, bulldozing your house gives you a good chunk of your money back. Not a perfect solution, but it'll do!
