Gotta say, it's all about swapping, not selling. Want a new pad or garage? Trade in the old one. Direct sales? Nah, that's not how we roll in GTA 5.

So, you're looking to unload some real estate in Los Santos, huh? Well, you can't directly sell properties like houses or garages in GTA 5 like you do in the real world. But, you can trade them in when purchasing a new property. Just pick out a new spot and part of the cost will be covered by your old property's value. It's like part-exchange, GTA style!

Honestly, it's a bummer, but you can't just sell your properties in GTA V. Best you can do is trade it in and get a discount on something snazzier. So, if you're done with that old safehouse or garage, time to upgrade!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
