You can't send gift UC directly. But you can buy a Google Play or Apple gift card for your friend to use in the game.

Sorry, PUBG Mobile doesn't let you send UC. Just buy a gift card instead and let your friend pick what they want.

I've tried this before, and unfortunately, you can't transfer UC directly to another account. Just send them a gift card!
