You can't actually send letters directly to other players in Hay Day, but you can visit their farms and leave comments on their farm board! Happy farming!

Sending a letter isn't a feature in Hay Day, but you can add friends and chat with them via the in-game neighborhood chat.

From my experience, you can't send letters, but leaving messages on friends' farms and using neighborhood chat is the next best thing!
