You can't directly send UC to your friends in PUBG Mobile. Instead, you can buy in-game gifts for them using your UC. Go to the gift center in the game and pick something nice for them!

Just buy a gift card from the app store for your friend. They can use it to get their own UC. Easy peasy.

From my own experience, I've found the best way is to buy gifts with my UC and send them to friends. Keeps the game fun and social!
