A little secret - Roku itself doesn鈥檛 have a built-in sleep timer. But, if you have a Roku TV, look under Settings > System > Time > Sleep Timer.
Don't bother searching on Roku, set the sleep timer on your TV instead!
I use my remote to press * during playback, then scroll to sleep timer options to set it. Helps a lot!
