You gotta use the devcommands console! Press F5 to open the console, type `devcommands` to enable cheats, then type `tod 0.5` to set it to noon. Happy exploring!

The command you need is `tod [value]`. Setting `tod 0.5` makes it day. Just remember to enable devcommands first by typing `devcommands` in the console (F5).
