Easy peasy! Just log into the other Xbox with your account, head to Settings > My home Xbox, and click 'Make this my home Xbox'. Done, your games are shared!

First, sign in on the Xbox you want to share games with. Go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox, then select 'Make this my home Xbox'. Your games and subscriptions are now shared!
