Easy peasy! When you start screen sharing in Discord, there's a checkbox at the bottom labeled 'Share Audio'. Make sure it's checked before you hit 'Go Live'.

From my experience, check the 'Share Audio' box when you choose your screen or app. If you don't see it, try updating Discord.
