Easy peasy! Just set your Xbox as the 'Home Xbox' for the account that has Xbox Live. Now any other account on that console can enjoy Xbox Live benefits!

You have to go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox, and make the console your home Xbox with the account that has the subscription. Game on!

Just make the Xbox your 'Home Xbox' with the account that has Xbox Live. All other accounts on that console will share the benefits. Simple as that!
