To share Xbox Live on the Xbox 360, set your console as the 'Home' Xbox for your account. This allows everyone on that console to access Xbox Live Gold features. Just remember, only one 'Home' Xbox is allowed per account!

You can't technically 'share' Xbox Live Gold on the 360 like you can on the Xbox One, but you can log into your account and let others play games online using your profile. Old-school style!

Short answer: You can't. Sharing Xbox Live Gold isn't supported on Xbox 360. Upgrade to an Xbox One for those sweet, shareable features!
