Make sure you bind a key for rockets in the controls settings. Then, fly (or drive) and hit that key when you're aligned with your target.
As a veteran War Thunder pilot, I suggest practicing in Test Flight first. Rockets can be tricky to aim.
You gotta line up your target in the crosshairs and then press spacebar (default). It's like fireworks, but with more destruction!
