Super easy! Just go to the Microsoft Account website, sign in, go to the Services & Subscriptions tab, find your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and click Manage. Then select 'Cancel' and follow the steps.

Go to your Xbox console, head to Settings > Account > Subscriptions, find your Game Pass Ultimate, and follow the prompts to cancel. Simple as that!
