Get to the Primary Containment Facility and disable the quarantine enforcement platform after curing yourself of the infection! Trust me, it's a wild ride.
Just get those enzymes from the Sea Emperor Leviathan and cure yourself. Then you can turn off that big ol' gun.
Find the Primary Containment Facility, hatch the Sea Emperor's eggs, and use their enzymes to cure yourself. Then you can deactivate the gun.
