Just log out of your Epic Games account under Settings > Users and Accounts. Boom, you're signed out.

I had to do this the other day: go to your PS5 Settings, navigate to Users and Accounts, then to Other. Select Sign Out and you're good!

Go to Settings, then Users and Accounts, select Sign Out from the Epic Games account you're currently using. Easy peasy!

Honestly, just turn off cross-play. You'll still be signed in, but at least you won't have to see those PC players wrecking you.
