For Xbox consoles, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, go to Profile & System, select your account, and then hit 'Sign out.' Hope this helps!

On PC? Just launch the Xbox app, click on your gamerpic in the top-right corner, and choose 'Sign out'. Simple as that!
