First, mine some copper ore from the copper deposits scattered in the Black Forest. Then, get a smelter up and running by building one using 20 stone and 5 Surtling cores. Pop the copper ore and some coal into the smelter, and voilà—fresh copper ingots!

After you gather some copper ore (found in the Black Forest), you'll need to build a smelter. Use 20 stone and 5 Surtling cores to craft it. Fill the smelter with some coal for fuel and toss in the copper ore. Boom, you're smelting copper!

I've been playing Valheim for a while, and smelting copper is a breeze once you get the hang of it. Mine copper ore from the Black Forest, craft a smelter with 20 stone and 5 Surtling cores, and fuel it with coal. Simple as that!
