First, you gotta find silver ore in the mountains using the Wishbone. Then build a smelter back at your base and fuel it with coal. Pop the silver ore in there and boom, silver bars!

Make sure you have the Wishbone equipped to locate silver deposits in the mountains. Mine it, haul it back to your smelter, and use coal to smelt it into silver bars.
