To spawn items in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+, press the tilde (~) key to open the console, then use the command `spawn 5.100.x` where `x` is the item ID. For example, `spawn 5.100.33` spawns a 'The Book of Belial'.

For item spawning, hit the tilde (~) key (top left of keyboard), then type "spawn 5.100.#" with # being the specific item ID. Easy peasy!

Yup, just use the console with `spawn [type].[variant].[subtype]`. Example: `spawn 5.100.33` spawns The D6!
