Look for 'Croslite' material. Genuine Crocs are made from a patented, lightweight material. If they feel stiff, they’re probably fake.

Check the logo! On real Crocs, the logo should feature a crocodile with two 'eyes' and a 'smile,' and the overall quality of the print is high.

Authentic Crocs have their size and 'Made in' information (country) printed on the sole. Fake ones often miss this.

Inspect the straps and the rivets. Real ones have smooth, well-connected straps and rivets that say 'Crocs' with the croc logo.

Smell them. Real Crocs usually have a distinct, almost sweet plastic smell due to Croslite, while fakes might smell more like regular rubber.
