By default, just hold down left Shift. If that doesn’t work, check your keybinds in the settings menu to make sure it’s set!

Hold left Shift to sprint. If that doesn't work, check your keybinds.

Left Shift key is your friend! Press and hold to sprint. Or remap it if you’re feeling fancy!

I had the same problem! Left Shift worked for me, but I had to make sure 'Toggle Sprint' was off in settings.
