To stop enemies spawning in your base, make sure to build a Workbench and place it within range. The Workbench's radius will prevent enemies from spawning nearby. You can also use torches and other light sources to deter them.

If you鈥檙e tired of dealing with uninvited guests, surround your base with a moat or high walls. Enemies can鈥檛 spawn inside structures or areas fenced off from the rest of the world.
Just build your base in a peaceful biome like the Meadows. Fewer enemies spawn there, and you can enjoy a bit more tranquility.
TBH just log out and back in. Enemies will despawn when you reload the game.
