What worked for me was focusing on upgrading rather than just adding more Medbays. Start by maxing out the level of your current Medbay. This improves both your production and storage capacity. Then, if you're still in need, consider adding another Medbay. Don't forget, managing your resources efficiently is key in Fallout Shelter. More isn't always better if you can't sustain the resource cost!

Easy peasy! To store more Medpacks in Fallout Shelter, you gotta upgrade your Medbay. The higher its level, the more Medpacks it can hold.
