You can strip armor in Warframe using frames like Nyx with her ability to reduce enemy defenses or using weapons modded with Corrosive Projection. A great combo is to use Shattering Impact on melee weapons!
Honestly, all you really need are some good corrosive weapons. Mods like Corrosive Projection reduce armor faster than you can say 'Tenno power!'
My go-to for armor stripping has always been Oberon with his Reckoning ability, especially when modded right. Never lets me down!
