Just craft the right item and use it at night. The Mechanical Worm for The Destroyer, Mechanical Skull for Skeletron Prime, and Mechanical Eye for The Twins. Easy peasy.

Honestly, why bother summoning them? Part of the fun is waiting for them to surprise attack you at night. Adds a bit more thrill, IMO.

Summoning a mechanical boss in Terraria is a thrilling challenge! For each boss, you'll need a specific item. The Mechanical Worm summons The Destroyer, crafted with 6 Rotten Chunks or 6 Vertebrae, 5 Iron Bars or Lead Bars, and 6 Souls of Night at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil. Skeletron Prime gets called out with the Mechanical Skull, made from 30 Bones, 5 Iron Bars or Lead Bars, 3 Souls of Light, and 3 Souls of Night. Lastly, The Twins are summoned using the Mechanical Eye, which you craft with 3 Lenses, 5 Iron Bars or Lead Bars, and 6 Souls of Light. Wait for nightfall because these mechanical monstrosities only appear under the cover of darkness. Good luck, you'll need it!
