Absolutely make sure it's NIGHT when you use the Mechanical Worm. Tried summoning The Destroyer during the day once... Let's just say it did not end well for me.

Summoning The Destroyer in Terraria is pretty straightforward but does need some prep. You need to craft a Mechanical Worm, which requires 6 Rotten Chunks or 6 Vertebrae, 5 Iron Bars or 5 Lead Bars, and 6 Souls of Night. You can use this at night to summon The Destroyer. Make sure you're well-prepared with good armor and weapons because this boss is no joke, and it's a hardmode boss, so your gear matters a lot.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
