Switching accounts on Apex Legends for Xbox is pretty straightforward. Just press the Xbox button to open the guide, then go to 'Profile & system' > 'Add or switch' > choose the account you wanna use. After that, just launch Apex Legends, and you're good to go with your other account!

Actually, I found a weird trick. If you're having trouble switching accounts directly through the game, try clearing your Xbox cache first. Then, switch accounts using the method in the first answer. Worked like a charm for me when nothing else did.
