Just drag the arrows you want to use to your hotbar. Then, when you equip your bow, it'll automatically use the arrows in the first slot!

Open your inventory and right-click the arrow type you want to use. Easy peasy, and you're ready to shoot skellies!
Honestly, just use the highest damage arrows all the time. Why bother switching?
