Just log out and log back in with a new Facebook account. Simple as that!
First, go to the settings menu in 8 Ball Pool and log out of your current Facebook account. Then, log back in using the new Facebook account you want to switch to.
I switched mine by logging out of Facebook from the game, then logging back in with the new account. Took me like 2 minutes tops. Have fun!
Honestly, just unlink the old Facebook account in the settings and then link the new one. Nothing too complicated!
