I've done this a few times. Use the Supercell ID option in Brawl Stars to connect your game on your phone. Install Bluestacks and Brawl Stars on your computer, then log in with the same Supercell ID. Easy peasy.

Syncing Brawl Stars between your phone and Bluestacks is pretty simple! First, link Brawl Stars on your phone to your Supercell ID. Then, download Bluestacks on your PC, get Brawl Stars, and log in with your Supercell ID on Bluestacks. Voilà, synced!
