Currently, Facebook doesn't have a built-in feature to tag everyone in a post with a single click. But, you can tag people individually by typing @ followed by their name while creating your post. It's a bit tedious, but it works!
If you want to reach everyone in a group or list, consider posting in a group where members usually get notified, rather than tagging each person individually.
